Good morning!
Today’s Scripture is:
“Everything on earth has a special season.”
Ecclesiastes 3:1 ICB
We all know the four seasons of Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter. Have you ever wondered why we have four different seasons with four distinct weather patterns?
The reason is because the earth sits a little tilted in the universe. It’s not straight up and down. That means that when the part of the earth is closer to the sun, it will have warmer weather. But when that same portion is further from the sun, it will be colder.
The seasons are always changing. Other things are always changing, too. Sometimes our friends move away, and we get new ones. Whenever we finish elementary school, we change to intermediate or junior high school. If we move, we will get a different house to live in. It can be hard to find something that never changes.
With so many changes how can we be certain of what we can depend on?
Well, we know one thing for sure. God’s word and God’s ways never change. We can always count on God!
God’s love is always there for us and that will never change.

Father God, So many things change in our world, but You never do. Thank You for being such stability in an ever-changing world. We trust You even when so much around us changes. But You never do. We love You. Amen.
