God’s Great Love for Us
We’ve been learning how Jesus came from heaven to earth to fix the problem that separated us from God. Our sin kept us from talking to God freely and having a close friendship with Him.
But God loved us so much that He made a way to fix that!
The Bible says that if we ask God to forgive our sins, believe that Jesus is His Son, and ask Jesus to be our Savior, we can be part of God’s family forever.
Adopted into God’s Family
Do you know what it means to be adopted?
It means that someone who loves you very much chooses to bring you into their family and take care of you as their own child—even if you weren’t born into that family.
That’s exactly what God does for us!
When we believe in Jesus, God adopts us into His family. We become His sons and daughters. He promises to love us, care for us, and always be with us.
And the best part? Our eternal life with God starts right now!
We don’t have to wait until we get to heaven to know Him or talk to Him. We can pray, listen, and follow Him every single day.
